Mapping your cosmic baseline

Spiritual nervous system audit

I tell the truth about how spiritual work impacts my body.

Practice inventory

List every current spiritual practice (tarot, astrology, meditation, channeling, ritual, etc.). For each, note how you feel in your body right after and the next day.

Recall a recent intense practice. Scan jaw, throat, chest, belly, and hands. Name one body sensation at each station without fixing it.

Root before you rise

Pre-ritual grounding

I learn to ground before I reach for the stars.

Gravity anchor

Stand with feet hip-width apart. Soften knees. Imagine the soles of your feet widening as you exhale. Repeat for 10–15 breaths.

Inhale and silently name: “Body.” Exhale: “Breath.” Next inhale: “Here.” Exhale: “Now.” Repeat, visualizing four corners around you.

Day 3

Safe ascent and descent

Cosmic on-ramp and off-ramp

I design a way to enter and exit expanded states on purpose.

Stairway protocol

Visualize a staircase of 7 steps leading into your practice space. On each “step up”, imagine a layer of protection and intention. On the way out, step down and release layers back to the earth.

Write 2 short scripts: one you say before cosmic work, and one you say when you close. Include: “I choose to enter/exit now” and a body-based check.

Regulating during the journey

Mid-practice check-ins

I stay in dialogue with my body while I explore.

Midway body ping

During your next spiritual practice, pause halfway. Ask: “On a scale of 1–5, how safe do I feel right now?” Adjust intensity accordingly.

Choose a physical anchor (stone, altar object, your own thigh). Gently tap or squeeze it 10–20 times while naming the present date and location.

Bringing the stars back home

Integration mapping

I translate cosmic insights into grounded micro-actions.

Choose one recent “download” or insight. Translate it into one tiny action you can take within 48 hours that your body can handle.

Offer a small gesture to the earth (water a plant, touch a tree, place your hand on the ground) while stating the action you commit to.

Post-practice clearing

I practice energetic hygiene without fear or obsession.

Elemental reset

After practice, touch or visualize all four elements: water (wash hands), earth (touch floor/wall), air (three deep breaths), fire (candle or imagined flame). Release residue from the day.

Long-term agreements

Channel agreements

Write 5 agreements with your body about how you will engage with cosmic work (e.g., max time, grounding steps, when to pause).
