Inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8 while naming three physical contact points.

Press hand to heart, navel, and thighs sequentially, affirming “Here, now, safe.”

List five cues that tell you it is time to downshift out of cosmic work.

Sensory gating
I refine the signal without forcing volume.
Soft-tone humming
Hum a low note while tracing ears and jaw to soothe the vagus nerve.
Signal dial imagery
See a dial labeled “cosmic signal.” Notice your current setting and adjust to a sustainable level.
Signal/Noise log
Document what amplifies clarity versus what creates static in your system.

Somatic orbiting
I let energy move around me without leaving my center.
Figure-eight traces
Draw slow infinity symbols over sternum and pelvis while breathing evenly.
Auric orbit
Picture light moving in a sphere around you while your spine stays rooted.

Walk slowly around the room, naming textures and colors to stay present.
Day 4
Feet + spine anchoring
I let information move through me while my body stays anchored.
Channeling without frying circuits
“Channeling” is simply allowing information to move through your system. The level of charge you can hold safely is the level you can trust.
Feet + Spine Anchor
For two to three minutes, place 60% of your attention on the contact of your feet and 40% on the length of your spine.
Low-bandwidth listening
Ask “What would make today 5% kinder for my body?” Wait one quiet minute, then note the image or phrase that arrives.
Signal vs. noise log
List three sensations that felt like clear signal and three that felt like noise or static.
Day 5
Energetic containment
I open and close my energetic field on purpose.

Spiritual overwhelm often comes from being too open. Review where you tend to stay “online” longer than you wish.
Aura zip
Trace a zipper motion from feet to crown three times while affirming, “Only what is meant for me, in the right dosage, gets through.”
Doorway check
Pause in a doorway (physical or metaphorical). Ask whether you want to be more open, neutral, or closed before entering and adjust posture and breath to match.
Where leaks happen
Name one space where your energy leaks and describe what “zipped up enough” would feel like there.
Day 6
Relational channeling
I treat guides as co-regulators, not authorities.

Remember that every guide, archetype, or ally is here to co-regulate with you, not override you. Your yes/no matters.
Invite, then check
Call in a guide by name or feeling. After 30 seconds scan your body: more settled, more tense, or the same? Adjust or end the contact accordingly.
Safe-word with spirit
Choose a phrase like “Pause” or “Not now.” Practice saying it out loud, then take three long exhales to confirm the boundary.
Body as gatekeeper
Finish the prompts “My body says yes to spiritual contact when…” and “My body says no when…”.
Day 7
Future-self embodiment
I let many selves share one regulated body.

Reflect on the versions of you—past, archetypal, future—that share this nervous system and the agreements you want between them.

Imagine a slightly more resourced future self sitting behind your right shoulder, breathing with you for two minutes.
Micro-upgrade
Ask that future self for one three-minute upgrade you can embody today—water, stretch, breath—and do only that.
A different high vibe
Describe what “high vibration” feels like when it means deeply safe and present rather than hyper or euphoric.
Day 8
Timeline anchoring
I hop timelines by stabilizing new patterns, not forcing instant jumps.
Timeline hopping reminder
Timeline shifts are slow stabilizations of thoughts, sensations, and choices—not overnight leaps.
Two-timeline body scan
Picture Timeline A (current pattern) and Timeline B (gentler pattern). Scan your body in each for up to a minute and note the differences.
Choose one tiny anchor
Pick one physical action from Timeline B you can repeat daily for the next week as proof of the new line.
What my body will not trade
Write three things your nervous system refuses to sacrifice for manifestation—sleep, food, boundaries, etc.
Day 9
Sacred closure
I close portals with the same reverence I opened them.

Honor that integration files the experience as “safe to remember” instead of “ongoing threat.”
Cosmic debrief with your body
Scan from head to toe asking what the journey gave your body and what it asked it to carry. Place a hand on any tired area.
Closing the temple door
Visualize a door with symbols from this journey. Gently close it for now, saying “Thank you. I will return when ready.”
